Rental fees include full use of the property and parking area for ten-hour block, along with indoor and outdoor tables and chairs. This also includes a two-hour rehearsal during the week of your event.
Blackwood Living has on-site catering company, Longspoon Catering. Pricing and availability will be coordinated based upon event details.
Booking includes
• Gathering Hall
• Baleyfield House
• Catering kitchen ($450 kitchen usage fee applied for outside caterers)
• Indoor restroom facilities
• Two cabins for pre-wedding preparations
• 4 tables (4-foot farm tables)
• 3 larger farm tables (mismatched)
• 14 round tables (72” inches)
• 100 brown folding chairs
• 140 white folding chairs
• Registration & gift table, guest book table, and cake table
VENDORS
We are happy to provide a list of preferred vendors upon request. We do not restrict our guests to our preferred vendor list. We do require that all caterers provide proof of insurance and all bartenders provide proof of TABC certification.
